This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Conroy's Flowers collects through conroystorranceflorist.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by Sam's Flowers Enterprises Inc., 1702 Sepulveda Blvd, Torrance, CA 90501 ("we," "us"). Questions: call 310-539-0624 or write to us at the address above.

Information we collect

You give it to us when you order or contact us:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• The recipient's name, delivery address, phone number and any business or funeral-home name you enter.
• Your delivery or pickup date, card message and signature, special instructions, promo code and gift card number.
• If you choose a Card Isle greeting card, the card details Card Isle returns to us (card picture, card text, card name and pickup code).
• If you create an account, your email address and, if you set one up, a passkey (your device keeps the private key; we only store the public key).

Collected automatically: basic technical data needed to run the Site, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and a session cookie that keeps you signed in and remembers your cart. If we later turn on Google Analytics or Google Ads conversion measurement, those tools will also collect usage data about visits to the Site; we will update this policy when that happens.

Payment information: card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not keep full card numbers on our own servers.

How we use it

• To make, deliver or hand over your order, and to contact you or the recipient about it.
• To send order confirmations and, after delivery or pickup, one thank-you email that may invite you to leave a review. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
• To send offers and news from Conroy's Flowers by email, but only if you check the optional "Email me offers and news" box at checkout or sign-up and then confirm by clicking the link in the one confirmation email we send. We do not send marketing emails to anyone who has not opted in and confirmed. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To run your account, prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.
• To keep business, tax and accounting records required by law.
• To record a referral when you arrive through a friend's referral link.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to do the job:

• Our team and delivery drivers — recipient name, address, phone and delivery notes.
• Florist network partners — if an order has to be sent to another florist for delivery outside our own area, the recipient and order details needed for that delivery.
• Service providers that run the Site for us: website hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing and the Card Isle greeting-card service.
• Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our customers, our business or others.

SMS opt-in data is excluded from all sharing above.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not give your information to other companies for their own marketing.

Text messages (SMS)

We send text messages only to customers who opt in by phone at (424) 500-5589 (by saying "yes" when we ask during the call) or on our web form at https://www.conroystorranceflorist.com/sms-consent. We send only a secure payment link and pickup details for that order. Submitting the web form does not send a text. Up to 3 messages per order. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

We use your mobile number only to contact you about that order. We never use it for marketing. We never sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates. We share them only with our SMS delivery provider so it can send these messages. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, and then delete or de-identify them.

Your choices and California rights

If you are a California resident, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to the exceptions in the law (for example, records we must keep for taxes). We will not treat you differently for making a request. To make a request, call 310-539-0624 or write to us at the address above. We will confirm your identity by matching details from your order (such as your email address and order number) before acting.

You can stop thank-you, review and marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in the email, or by calling 310-539-0624. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop emails about an order you placed.

California "Shine the Light": we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

Children

The Site is meant for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
