How much is delivery?
Delivery is $15.00 to every ZIP code we serve. There is no minimum order.
What time do I need to order for same-day delivery?
Order by 2 p.m. Monday–Friday, 1 p.m. Saturday or 12 p.m. (noon) Sunday, Pacific Time. After the cutoff, pick the next available day.
Can I pick up my order at the shop?
Yes. Store pickup is free at 1702 Sepulveda Blvd, Torrance, CA 90501. Same-day pickup orders must be in by 5 p.m. Monday–Friday, 3 p.m. Saturday or 1 p.m. Sunday.
Where do you deliver?

Which days are you closed?
We are closed only on New Year's Day (Jan 1), the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas (Dec 25).
Is sales tax charged?
Yes, 10.75% on the flowers and gifts. The delivery fee is not taxed.
Can I add a card?
Yes. When you order, either choose a Card Isle greeting card or write your own card message.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. If you like, you can sign in with an email code or a passkey to fill in your details faster.
